These terms govern your use of The Routine Service, a membership offered by Routine Service LLC (“we,” “us,” “the Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

I. Acceptance

By accessing the Service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to be bound by these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

II. Membership & Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials secure. Membership is personal to you and may not be shared. Content is provided for your individual, non-commercial use.

III. Subscriptions & Billing

Memberships are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annual) through our payment processor. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Founding Member pricing, where offered, is retained for the life of a continuous subscription and is not guaranteed if you cancel and later rejoin.

IV. Content & License

All guides, writing, recipes, imagery, audio, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Routine Service LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access them for personal use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or republish the content, and materials are presented within the platform rather than offered for download to discourage redistribution.

V. Wellness Disclaimer

The Service offers educational and lifestyle information only. It is not medical, nutritional, or professional health advice, and it is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified provider. Always seek the guidance of your physician with any questions about your health. You use the information at your own discretion and risk.

VI. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to access it through unauthorized means, sharing access, scraping content, or interfering with its operation.

VII. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Routine Service LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

VIII. Termination

We may suspend or end access for conduct that violates these terms. You may close your account at any time from your account settings.

IX. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email; continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
